It’s over. After eight grueling rounds and a stacked Top 8, the Kansas City Legacy Open has wound to a close. Our Champion is Chris Osinski, a Goblins player from Minnesota who audibled from the Draft Open to the Legacy Open at the last-minute, running the tables after a Round 1 loss. It was a tribal battle, with Corbin Hosler’s undefeated Merfolk list falling prey to Goblin Piledriver in three games. The story of the day was that Legacy is healthy, and even ripe for innovation. We saw plenty of interesting new takes on existing archetypes over the course of the day. Everyone should be even more excited for the San Jose Open Series next weekend—SCGLive will be there!StarCityGames.com Open Series Event Coverage!
