Wednesday, March 24th – Every competitive player is in search of a deck that has an edge over all other decks in a given format. If such a deck exists, it gives any player playing it a clear and present advantage over any player not playing the same deck. There has rarely been any such deck in Legacy’s short history.

Tuesday, March 23rd – In Indianapolis the largest StarCityGames.com Legacy Open ever saw a very diverse Top 16. The usual suspects showed up with Merfolk, Counter-Top, Reanimator, Land, and Charbelcher all present. New faces Team America and Mono Black Control had good days, but one of the best performing archetypes on the day just missed the cut. Get the stats inside!

Friday, March 12th – If you are not playing Dredge in Legacy, you are doing it unbelievably wrong. The deck routinely deploys 9/9s on turn 2 or 3 and brings some number of 2/2s to the party for value. While doing this, you get to Cabal Therapy your opponent two or three times, and if for some reason that isn’t good enough, you also have unlimited 3/1s that leave Zombies behind when they die.
