Thursday, July 2nd – Everyone seems to know me as the Faeries guy, and, in all fairness, for good reason. Spellstutter Sprite has carried me to two Pro Tours and won me countless matches online. However, what’s far lesser known than my alignment with the winged menace is my affiliation with the Reveillark collective.
Thursday, July 2nd – My official job title at Star City Games is Events Coordinator. This typically involves promoting our events, staffing them, and then traveling throughout the Southeast to run them. Although I’ve never actually counted, it’s a safe bet that I run some thirty to forty events every year, everything from Prereleases to PTQs.
Thursday, July 2nd – Years ago, Wizards changed the prize payout for drafts. At one time, the drafts paid 5-3-2-2 packs. Later, that was cut to 4-3-2-2, and the 8-4 queues introduced. Some Magic players have never forgiven Wizards for this change, and continue to attack Wizards, and the payout, in the forums and elsewhere whenever possible.
