Monday, July 5th – For Ad Nauseam and Reanimator€™s last hurrah, the St. Louis StarCityGames.com Legacy Open wasn€™t much of a showcase of power. Even though Reanimator was the most popular deck in the field, neither archetype managed a Top 16 showing. What decks dominated the event and, with Thopters taking the trophy, has Extended€™s most hated combo become a Legacy powerhouse as well?
Friday, July 2nd – The St. Louis StarCityGames.com Open brings a hectic June to a close and gives us an opportunity to reflect on a Standard Metagame that has evolved a lot since we started the month in Philadelphia. Jund came back out in force, and Red Deck Wins had its second strong event in a row, even taking home the title. Let€™s crunch some numbers!
Thursday, June 24th – While the Seattle Standard numbers were disappointing, the Legacy players turned out and gave us our lowest Day 1 to Day 2 drop since the Series began. 191 players came out in Seattle to try their luck in a vibrant Legacy format. With new bannings and unbannings announced last Friday, what decks are in position to rule the new metagame? Also, don€™t forget that this week€™s St. Louis Open Weekend slips in before the changes go into effect!
Tuesday, June 22nd – A low turnout in Seattle doesn€™t mean there wasn€™t any new Tech. With Turboland and Next Level Bant coming out in solid numbers, we get our first real look at those match-ups. One of the new kids on the block impresses and one staple archetype had a really bad day.

Friday, May 14th – Legacy continues to be a diverse metagame with many viable decks. While Reanimator and Ad Nauseam made the finals, neither deck put up very good numbers on the day. The format continues to be a game of Rock €“ Paper €“ Scissors – Lizard €“ Spock with many match-ups where one deck has a sizeable advantage. Monday, May 10th – The StarCityGames.com Standard Open in Atlanta gave us our first real look at the format post Rise. Jund was present, but did not dominate the event. There were breakout decks and new twists on old favorites, but do the numbers back up Jund€™s demise as The Best Deck?

Tuesday, March 23rd – In Indianapolis the largest StarCityGames.com Legacy Open ever saw a very diverse Top 16. The usual suspects showed up with Merfolk, Counter-Top, Reanimator, Land, and Charbelcher all present. New faces Team America and Mono Black Control had good days, but one of the best performing archetypes on the day just missed the cut. Get the stats inside!
