Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has announced that the Promo packs for the upcoming Magic: The Gathering set, The Lost Caverns of Ixalan, have been delayed.
According to WotC, logistical issues are to blame for the product’s world-wide delay, and the rescheduled delivery times will differ for each region. For the United States and Canada, expected arrival is late December through early January, while regions outside North America will receive Promo packs from previous sets as supplements.
The total number of The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Promo packs non-domestic stores receive will depend on how much is needed to complete the season, meaning these stores may get less Promo packs that previously allocated.
