Ahead of Disney Lorcana‘s big box store release, Ravensburger has announced that they will be releasing a new wave of product for Lorcana in North American game stores this October.
According to Lorcana’s social post, their goal is for players to be able to “purchase and enjoy the Disney Lorcana TCG product at the suggested retail price…” and will “…continue to take steps to ensure a level of availability and quality that keeps the market healthy for both collectors and players.”
Additionally, Ravensburger stated that they plan to reprint The First Chapter to further improve availability and dissuade resellers from charging above MSRP for Lorcana product. Reprinted product is slated to be available in the early months of 2024.
Now, with an additional wave of product on the way and a full-set reprint run for The First Chapter confirmed, players can breath a little easier knowing they won’t have to spend a fortune in order to not fall behind.
Disney Lorcana is scheduled to release in big box stores tomorrow, September 1.
