“I’m about to collect the first big piece of the mysterious wanderer puzzle, and as a result my time with the Ghor Clan is about to come to an end. Once I’m accepted into the inner circle of Burning-Tree Shamans, I’ll abscond with my prize and never return. I can’t say it was what I expected when I started this quest to uncover his identity, but hopefully I can leverage the Bronze Tablet against the Orzhov and extort them for a change.
I can’t say this is easy living, living in the Stomping Grounds of Gruul Turf amongst the beasts and savages. Making sure I’m back to camp by sundown, honoring the clan leaders in the correct manner, and the usual cultural niceties all apply as well. But there’s something refreshing about living in the Rubblebelt. Sleeping under the stars, making a living off the land, and existing as the ancients did.
The Gruul don’t know my true purpose here, but as long as I help feed the tribe and protect the settlement, they might not care. After I leave, they’ll be pissed about me taking their metal block with weird markings on it for a day or so, and then they’ll forget about it and move on because there are more important things to focus on.
