In observance of the National Day of Mourning, Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has announced they are postponing the debut of Core Set 2021 until Friday, June 5.
Previews for Core Set 2021 were initially scheduled to begin today (June 3) at 7 AM PT, starting with a live broadcast on Twitch.tv/Magic, however it remains unclear whether this brief delay also applies to content creators.
In addition to previews, the previously scheduled updates for MTG Arena have been postponed as well. This update was slated to include the new banned and restricted cards, as well as the changes being made to companion. WotC has yet to announce a new time-frame for the scheduled maintenance.
