Bejarano earned an invite to the Strixhaven Championship and $1,500 by winning the 263-person event by only losing a single match in the Swiss in Round 4. Bejarano carved through the elimination rounds without losing a single game, starting with Michael Braverman on Mono-Red Aggro❄ in the wild card round. From there, Bejarano proceeded to defeat a different deck in each following round by taking down Kazune Kosaka on Bant Ramp (Kaheera), Ernesto Sosa on Mono-Green Ramp, and finally Mark Donaldson on Bant Angels.
