The Disney Lorcana panel at this year’s D23 expo gave fans a first look at upcoming sets along with new product details and more.
Upcoming Sets
Hyperia City
Disney Lorcana’s fourteenth expansion, Hyperia City is a town where “metro meets fantasy” and introduces characters from the fan-favorite Pixar film, Coco. Hyperia City is scheduled to release on October 23.
Into the Inkdark
Into the Inkdark will be the first Disney Lorcana set of 2027, slated for release sometime in Q1, and centers around scheming villains “intent on becoming Lorcana’s fastest-rising threat.”
Into the Inkdark will also be the first set to introduce Collector Boosters to the game, bringing a new card rarity along with it – Illustrious.
According to Ravensburger, there will be six Illustrious rares per set that will only be available in Collector Boosters. Illustrious rares will feature brand-new artwork and are serialized to just 23 copies each.
Cosmic Quest
Cosmic Quest will be the sophomore set of 2027, set to release some time in Q2. While details are limited, this set will usher fan’s into Lorcana’s “age of cosmic exploration.”

Even less information is available for Lorcana’s seventeenth expansion, but Ravensburger did provide the image above accompanied by the text “We hope you like pixie dust, because glimmers of Tinker Bell’s many fairy friends are joining the fun.”
Official Digital Client
To the excitement of many, Ravensburger also confirmed that an official digital client for Disney Lorcana is in development for both desktop and mobile. Unfortunately, no further details on the development were provided during the panel, so there is still no timeline for the client’s release at this time.
