I never got the mana fix I was looking for for this deck, but it turned out pretty well nonetheless. I won the first round in three close games against Nicolai Herzog, then won a fairly easy second round because my opponent had mana troubles in two of the games. I tried to draft a Red-based deck since I’ve found them very powerful in the rare instances that they come together, but the cards just weren’t really there for it. I ended up having to move into a Blue-based deck with lots of splashes.
