Brilliant Restoration is one of the most powerful mass-reanimation spells for artifacts and enchantments we’ve seen since Open the Vaults. While it may be expensive at 3WWWW, decks that can afford the restrictive mana cost are rewarded with what’s likely to be a game-ending battlefield full of artifacts and enchantments, especially in formats like Commander where games tend to go longer.
