Yesterday, the CDC officially recommended that for the next 8 weeks, organizers cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more throughout the United States.
For the health and safety of both our staff and attendees, we have decided to cancel the following SCG Tour events:
- April 4-5 SCG Atlanta
- April 25-26 SCG Worcester
- May 2-3 SCG Cincinnati
Anyone who preregistered for any of these events will be refunded the full amount of their entry fee over the coming days. If you have any travel-related questions regarding individual airlines’ and/or hotels’ cancellation/refund policies, please contact the airline(s) and/or hotel(s) directly to request a refund or credit.
All Star City Games website orders that were scheduled to be picked up on-site at these events will be shipped this Friday, March 20, free of charge. If you have any questions regarding such an order, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm ET on Thursday, March 19.
