Another potential leak from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty surfaced on the Magic TCG subreddit today submitted by user ResponsibleNebula827, this one appearing to be a rare one-mana blue Human Ninja. You can view the potential leak below.
Thousand-Faced Shadow is a flying 1/1 Human Ninja with Ninjutsu 2UU that can do a whole lot more if you put it onto the battlefield for its ninjutsu cost. The blurry text box appears to read:
“Whenever Thousand-Faced Shadow enters the battlefield from your hand, if it’s attacking, create a token that’s a copy of another target attacking creature. The token enters the battlefield tapped and attacking.”
Not only does Thousand-Faced Shadow help you ninjutsu in other creatures by being an evasive early threat, it can be the ninjutsu reward as well. And when you do use its ninjutsu cost, you get to make a token copy of another attacking creature that doesn’t leave the battlefield until it is answered.
