Iyanaga made it through the Swiss only dropping a single match, reaching the platinum division (the Top 16 players after Day 1) before going 3-0 on Day 2 to enter the Top 8 as the #3 seed. After making the Top 8, Iyanaga rattled off three more wins over Roman Kopytin on Mono-White Aggro, Sandydogmtg on Mono-Green Aggro, and Dominick Paolercio on Dimir Control to take first place and win $4,000 with a record of 12-1.

The free-to-enter tournament had 595 players with the Top 64 players advancing to play in Day 2 among the four divisions. Manthos300 finished in second place overall and first in the gold division for $2,000 with a record of 12-1 with Mono-Green Aggro.
