Courtesy of Wizards of the Coast (WotC) and Hareruya, check out a Goglari enchantment that supports an underrepresented tribe in Magic from Adventures in the Forgotten Realms — Skeletal Swarming!
While there are only four Skeletons legal in Standard (not counting Changelings) before the release of Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, Skeletal Swarming could be a push for potential tribal deck or just operate as a win condition on its own. Adventures in the Forgotten Realms will bring at least three more Skeletons to the format, but two of them are not black or green.
For any Skeletons you do have, Skeletal Swarming is going to pump them up considerably.
If you’re low on Skeletons, don’t worry. Skeletal Swarming will provide ample bodies — or Skeletons — to eventually the job done.
Right on flavor, the dead will come for your opponent and not stop until someone is dead. If you can find a way to sacrifice or kill off your creatures, the number of Skeletons created is double.
What do you think of Skeletal Swarming? Can this fuel a new tribal deck or will it operate on its own?
Dungeons & Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms is scheduled for release on July 23. View our official preview gallery.
