Flesh and Blood Battle Hardened

Charles Dunn won the Flesh and Blood Classic Constructed Battle Hardened on Sunday with Bravo, Star of the Show — his second Battle Hardened win this year with the Elemental Guardian.

Charles Dunn

Dunn proved the power of Bravo, Star of the Show back on Feb. 13 with a Battle Hardened win at SCG CON Philadelphia and added another Gold foil to his collection on Sunday thanks to the star of Everfest. Dunn defeated Yongi Yang, the winner of the Battle Hardened event at SCG CON Indianapolis in March, in the finals to deny Yang of another trophy. To reach the finals, Dunn had to beat Matt Dilks in the semifinals and Casey Walker in the quarterfinals. Dunn played a Bravo, Star of the Show mirror match in each Top 8 match.

The Top 8 consisted of six copies of Bravo, Star of the Show, and one copy of Chane, Bound by Shadow and Viserai, Rune Blood. It may be this version of Bravo’s last hurrah, as the Banned & Suspended list update goes live today, banning Awakening and suspending Autumn’s Touch, which will weaken Bravo, Star of the Show significantly.
