MTG’s The List Updated For Murders At Karlov Manor

Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has released updates for Magic: The Gathering’s The List for Murders at Karlov Manor.

What is The List?

The List is a rotating series of cards “picked from across Magic‘s history” and slipped into Play Boosters (previously Set Boosters), appearing in the packs at a rate of approximately 25%. Cards from The List were first featured in Zendikar Rising Set Boosters, and continue to be included leading up to Murders at Karlov Manor. You can view the cards featured in previous versions of The List below.

Note: Cards that appear in The List are not made legal in Standard if they were not legal before.

What’s Changing in Murders At Karlov Manor

The List for Murders at Karlov Manor will include cards that match the themes, characters, and narrative of the set. You can see the new cards being added below.

Special Guests

There are 18 Special Guests cards that can also appear in place of a card from The List — a new addition to The List that started with The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. These cards will be non-foil and borderless in Play Boosters, but traditional foil versions will be available in Collector Boosters.
