Theme Decks

Theme decks are a new product being introduced with the release of Lorwyn Eclipsed. These decks are “thematic, fun, and ready-to-play Standard decks featuring cards from throughout the format.” The first two decks are Izzet Pirates and Selesnya Angels. There will be two more decks released with Secrets of Strixhaven and another two with Reality Fracture.

Magic: The Gathering | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – March 6, 2026

The second set of 2026, Magic: The Gathering | Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, was revealed at New York Comic Con on October 10, 2025. The set draws from the entire history of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and will feature cards and art from throughout the years of the beloved IP.

There will be four headliner cards, one for each turtle with art by Kevin Eastman, the original illustrator of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. These will be borderless and come with a shiny autograph stamp from Eastman. Amazing source material bonus sheets cards, like the Doubling Season above, will showcase art from the history of TMNT. Doubling Season sports the cover art from TMNT No. 1. There will be 20 source material cards in the set.

Magic returns to Strixhaven for its third set release of 2026! Join a new roster of students as they explore “off-campus life” on Archavios.

Releasing alongside Secrets of Strixhaven is Strixhaven: Omens of Chaos, a new, young-adult novel, written by Seanan McGuire. Each novel will also come with a foil, Retro Frame Command Tower promo card.
