Wizards of the Coast (WotC) recently announced that there will be a Banned & Restricted update on Monday, April 13:
Unlike a similar announcement made by WotC on March 2, what this Banned & Restricted update will be about is crystal clear – Lutri, the Spellchaser’s legality in Brawl. There will be no updates to any other formats and players can expect a full article on Monday, April 13 explaining their decision on the future legality of the controversial Elemental Otter.
