As part of an ongoing series of weekly changes, Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has announced the updates and changes coming with week two of Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths to Magic Online.
Increased Prize Support
With the intention of making Super Qualifiers as appealing and rewarding as possible, the prize support for these events is increasing, with players who finish 65th place through 128th place now receiving 100 Play Points. Players who finished in this bracket for prior events will automatically receive their points as well.

Showcase Qualifier Weekend
For any players who qualified, this event rewards an invitation to the Champions Showcase event. Showcase Qualifiers are Swiss-style events with a Top 8 playoff, and the “winner of each Showcase Qualifier earns a spot in the final Showcase event and a chance to earn their share of $70,000 and a tabletop Players Tour Finals invitation.”
Entry fee: One (1) format token that matches the format of the Showcase.
