Time Spiral Remastered Gives Past In Flames Timeshifted Treatment

A storm is brewing in Time Spiral Remastered with iconic reprints.

First up are two commons storm cards that have been ending games for more than a decade: Empty the Warrens and Grapeshot. Whether it’s making a horde of Goblins on the first or second turn or winning the game on the spot with a lethal Grapeshot, Time Spiral supplied combo players with some of the best finishers in the history of the game.

Rounding out the reprints from Time Spiral block are Rift Bolt and Storm Entity. Rift Bolt has been a staple in Burn decks as about as close of a Lightning Bolt reprint players can get these days. Rift Bolt also plays well in Limited with Storm Entity, a card that never really broke through in Constructed, but can be another storm payoff in Limited.

Finally, a vital piece to Legacy and Modern Storm decks is back on the bonus sheet with a special timeshifted frame, rocking the tombstone icon in the top left to represent the card having flashback.

Storm is a busted mechanic that longtime combo players love, so the old border is a perfect treat for those that keep track of storm count.

Time Spiral Remastered is currently scheduled to release on March 19, 2021. You can check out our official Time Spiral Remastered preview gallery here.
