Introduced in an article today from WotC, Niambi is the daughter of Teferi, and she is making her first on-card appearance in Core Set 2021.

When Niambi, Esteemed Speaker enters the battlefield, you may return another target creature you control to its owner’s hand. If you do, you gain life equal to that creatures converted mana cost.
Being able to flash Niambi in at any time for only two mana is very strong and her “bounce” ability let’s you respond to an opponent’s removal spell, or to save your creature after declaring it as a blocker.
1WU, T: Discard a legendary card: Draw two cards.
As if Niambi’s triggered ability wasn’t strong enough, her activated ability definitely pushes this card to the limit. At the expense of three mana and a legendary card (note this includes any card type that is legendary, not just creatures), you get to draw two cards. This is a great way to bury an opponent in card advantage while simultaneously clearing your hand of extra legendary cards, such as multiple copies of Niambi.
