With the return of Sagas and enchantment creatures, Satsuki lets you get maximum value out of your enchantments and speeding through your sagas.
T: Put a lore counter on each Saga you control. Activate only as a sorcery.
When Satsuki, the Living Lore dies, choose up to one —
Return target Saga or enchantment creature you control to its owner’s hand.
Return target Saga card from your graveyard to your hand.
As a two-mana 1/3, Satsuki can get to the battlefield early and function as a blocker while allowing you to accelerate through your Sagas. Completing Sagas becomes more important when they turn into creatures after the final chapter. When Satsuki dies you can bounce a Saga or enchantment creature from the battlefield to your hand to get more value out of early chapters or enters-the-battlefield triggers. If you don’t have anything to return to hand on the battlefield, you can also get a Saga from your graveyard.
