At the beginning of each end step, if you gained life this turn, distribute up to that many +1/+1 counters among any number of other target creatures.
Selesnya has no shortage of options when it comes to life gain commanders, but Lathiel might be in a league of its own. With Lathiel, all it takes is one big turn of life gain effects and suddenly your opponents will be staring down a lot of big threats.
Additionally, while it may be much more situational, Lathiel also gives the option to target your opponent’s creatures with its +1/+1 counters. This can be particularly helpful when needing to team up to take down the table’s main threat or clear the occasional Illusion.
