CD PROJEKT RED and WeirdCo have announced the second expansion for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game — Edgerunners: Burn Bright.
With prerelease events for Cyberpunk TCG’s debut set, Welcome to Night City, taking place later this month, developers WeirdCo added to the excitement by sharing the first details for the game’s sophomore set.
Releasing in Spring 2027, Edgerunners: Burn Bright will expand on the foundation laid by Set 1 and introduce “…iconic and beloved characters, weapons, Cyberware, and scenes…” from the Cyberpunk animated Netflix series, Edgerunners.
While no new cards were shared in the announcement, WeirdCo did confirm that Edgerunners: Burn Bright Booster packs will feature cards with special “…foil and textured treatments…” as well a brand-new “chase rarity”, which they plan to reveal at a later date.
