Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, create an X/X red Dragon Illusion creature token with flying and haste, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast that spell. Exile that token at the beginning of the next end step.
Innistrad: Midnight Hunt Standard is no stranger to powerful Dragons, and Manaform Hellkite fits right in.
A four-mana 4/4 with flying, Manaform Hellkite is strongly statted and comes with an equally strong ability. Similar to spells like Shark Typhoon, Manaform Hellkite generates creature tokens whenever you cast a noncreature spell, allowing you to get even more mileage out of your resources.
While the tokens are exiled at the beginning of the end step, thanks to haste, they will have likely already gotten plenty of value, and can even be sacrificed before being exiled for extra value.
