Whenever Port Razer deals combat damage to a player, untap each creature you control. After this combat phase, there is an additional combat phase.
Port Razer follows in the footsteps of cards like Combat Celebrant”]Combat Celebrant and Moraug, Fury of Akoum to grant the player extra combat phases, but with one big difference.
Port Razer can’t attack a player it has already attacked this turn.
While this might seem like a drawback at first glance, this ability gives Port Razer the potential for a ton of follow-up combat phases, making it situationally stronger than most of its predecessors in Commander.
Should you give Port Razer double strike, you can enjoy an additional trigger of its ability upon each attack, and as an added bonus, Port Razer isn’t legendary, meaning creating copies of it using cards like Helm of the Host, Splinter Twin, or other clone effects is completely viable!
