The finals match of the Tuesday Limited Super Qualifier had three companions, but only one was played as a companion and it wasn’t the winner. Both MaCed0 and NoWa1 played Mardu decks to make the finals to qualify for the Players Tour, but MaCedo came out on top with Umori, the Collector and Lurrus of the Dream-Den making the cut of the maindeck.
MaCedo played an aggressive Orzhov-based deck with Crystalline Giant, splashing red for Weaponize the Monsters, and defeated NoWa1 2-1 in the finals. NoWa1’s Mardu deck was mostly a Boros cycling deck with Jegantha, the Wellspring as a companion, and a splash for Chittering Harvester.
