Courtesy of Wizards of the Coast (WotC) and Aspiringspike, check out an Equipment Cat that provides graveyard hate from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty — Lion Sash!
Lion Sash is a rare Artifact Creature — Equipment Cat for two mana that starts out small but can grow as the game goes on. As long as its equipped to a creature, it will be much hard to interact with and provide substantial graveyard disruption.
W: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a permanent card, put a +1/+1 counter on Lion Sash.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on Lion Sash.
Reconfigure 2
Lion Sash can remove any cards from graveyards, but only gets bigger when it tags a permanent. If you can keep Lion Sash on a creature while you make it larger, by the time you need it to get into combat as a creature it should be able to hold its own. With a reconfigure cost of 2, it is pretty easy to keep it on a creature and deploy it as a creature when the time is right.
So what do you think of Lion Sash? What decks and strategies can get the most out of it?
