Courtesy of Wizards of the Coast (WotC), take a look at this massive mythic rare Plant Beast from Innistrad: Crimson Vow — Cultivator Colossus!
It goes without saying, but Cultivator Colossus is BIG. Regardless of format, this Plant Beast is likely to be a 7/7 at minimum and only gets bigger as the game goes on. And thanks to trample, opposing creatures have little chance to successfully block it. In formats where Wrenn and Seven is prevalent, it’s entirely possible to cast Cultivator Colossus and then trigger its enter the battlefield ability three, four, or more times, making that initial seven mana investment pretty lucrative.
So what do you think of Cultivator Colossus? What formats is it most likely to find a home? Let us know what you think in the comments.
