This huge green spell may cost nine mana, but casting it with the right battlefield is just lights out. The most important thing to note about Reshape the Earth is that it searches out any land, not just basics, allowing you to grab powerful cards like Field of the Dead, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, Thespian’s Stage, Maze’s End, and more!
Despite the fact that these lands enter the battlefield tapped, cards like Amulet of Vigor and the recently previewed Archelos, Lagoon Mystic allow them to enter the battlefield untapped, making Reshape the Earth functionally pay for itself.
