To build your own Jumpstart pack, Verhey explains that you need to take the following steps:
- Choose a color for your pack to be
- Choose seven (7) creatures
- Choose four (4) noncreatures
- Choose one (1) artifact or land mana fixer
- Choose your favorite basic land
- Choose one (1) rare/mythic
