With a little over a week before Magic: The Gathering World Championship XXVI, Wizards of the Coast (WotC), has released their Survival Guide containing all the must-know information for the big event.
Competitors
World Championship XXVI features 16 of the best Magic: The Gathering players in the world, including Star City Games Content Creators Autumn Burchett and Paulo Vitor Damo Da Rosa.
Formats
World Championship XXVI features two formats: Standard Constructed and Theros Beyond Death Booster Draft.
For the first time, all players will begin in 8-Player pods for a Theros Beyond Death Draft, then move to Magic Arena where their drafted decks will be imported in.
The Top 8 will be Standard Constructed, played through a double-elimination bracket.
The Top 4 will be seeded by Top 8 Advancement.
