Q: Do I have to have a Star City Games website account in order to receive Bonus Bucks?
A: You must have a Star City Games website account in order to receive Bonus Bucks. If you check out as a guest, please use the “Create an Account” option after doing so.
Q: When will I receive my Bonus Bucks?
A: Bonus Bucks (store credit) earned as part of this promotion will be added to your Star City Games account starting the week of Monday, February 22, and you will be notified via email upon their delivery.
Q: Can the 10% Bonus Bucks promotion be combined with the everyday discounts I receive by being a Star City Games Premium member?

Q: What happens if I place a Star City Games website order shortly before this Bonus Bucks promotion begins?
A: We can’t usually offer retroactive Bonus Bucks, due to how each of our sales and promotions are uniquely timed. Our Bonus Bucks promotions also specifically exclude prior purchases, as noted elsewhere within this FAQ.
Q: Is there a limit to how many Bonus Bucks I can earn at once?
A: Bonus Bucks can only be earned on the first eligible $1,000.00 of an order. Orders exceeding that amount will only receive Bonus Bucks on the first $1,000.00 of that order.
Q: Will I receive Bonus Bucks on any part of my order for which I applied existing store credit as payment?
A: You will not be eligible to receive Bonus Bucks (store credit) back on any portion of a purchase that is paid for with existing store credit. If you use existing store credit as partial payment for an order, the store credit will be applied to your order total, then you will receive Bonus Bucks (store credit) for the remaining balance. For example, if you apply $10.00 in existing store credit towards a $100.00 order, you will receive Bonus Bucks on the remaining $90.00.
Q: Are shipping and/or taxes included for the purpose of calculating how many Bonus Bucks I will receive?
A: Bonus Bucks are calculated as a percentage of each qualifying item’s price, which does not include shipping or taxes.
Q: Is there a minimum order that must be met in order to earn Bonus Bucks?
A: All orders containing eligible items earn Bonus Bucks!
Q: Do I need to enter a promotional code in order to receive Bonus Bucks for my purchase?
A: Bonus Bucks are automatically earned whenever you submit and pay for an eligible order via the Star City Games website, and no coupon code is required. Q: Can I receive Bonus Bucks for in-person purchases made at The Star City Game Center?
A: Due to technological limitations, purchases made at The Star City Game Center are only eligible to receive Bonus Bucks if submitted and paid for in advance via our Star City Games website. Simply select “in person” or “curbside” pickup during the checkout process, and we’ll see you soon!
Q: How are refunds handled for orders paid for with both existing store credit and a payment method for which Bonus Bucks are earned?
A: Any orders that are paid for using a split payment method (in which a gift card or store credit – including store credit that was received via a previous Bonus Bucks promotion – was used, and the remaining balance was paid with a credit card or PayPal account), and later need to be refunded, will receive a refund credit to your store credit balance first (up to the amount paid on the refunded purchase with the gift card, store credit or Bonus Bucks). Afterwards, the remainder of the refund will be issued to the other payment method used for the order.

A: Yes. However, Bonus Bucks earned on orders containing preordered Time Spiral Remastered and/or Secret Lair: Ultimate Edition 2 items will not be applied to your account until approximately one week after each of those sets are released, and orders containing those items have shipped.

Bonus Bucks are non-transferable and this promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
