Since its launch in 2021, CookieRun has grown into one of the most popular new media franchises with dedicated fans around the world.
Building upon the widespread success of the CookieRun: Kingdom mobile game, developers, Devsisters, wasted no time expanding from digital to tabletop, and in 2023 the CookieRun: Braverse Trading Card Game was born.
Players in South Korea were the first to get their hands on the highly-anticipated TCG, followed by Taiwan in February 2024, and the greater Southeast Asia region that December. In July 2025, CookieRun: Braverse made its way to the United States and Canada with the release of the game’s first set, Brave Beginning, and closed out the year with its second set release, Age of Heroes and Kingdoms, that October.
Now, with three years of experience and a rapidly growing player-base, CookieRun: Braverse heads into 2026 poised to make an even bigger big splash in the trading card game market, starting with the release of Arena of Glory on January 16. The hype doesn’t stop there however, as Devsisters have already announced that the game will have three additional major expansions this year, plus at least three waves of starter decks for each of the game’s five colors.

While the final two sets of 2026 are still shrouded in mystery, Devsisters confirmed that the game’s fourth set, A Game of Truth and Deceit, will introduce new card variants known as “Shadow Milk Cookies”, that will provide new takes on mechanics for each color.
