For just three blue mana, mill almost a quarter of each opponent’s deck. It’s hard to argue with that rate and it already has a home in the now viable Dimir Mill deck in Modern thanks to it getting supercharged by Ruin Crab from Zendikar Rising. But that’s not all.
Cycling 1U
When you cycle Fractured Sanity, each opponent mulls four cards.
Not only is Fractured Sanity a powerful Mill spell, if you can’t cast it or are looking for something else, you can cycle it away for two mana and still get a mill four effect for your troubles. Two greats deals on one card, get ready to see this card slot right into Modern Mill.
