It only took Premodern being on Magic Online for just over a month before another card had to be added to its banned list.

The Premodern website posted an update on Saturday, announcing Parallax Tide would join the 32 other cards already on the ban list.
Premodern, a community-created constructed format that uses cards printed with the old card frame from 1995 to 2003, was added to Magic Online in mid-December, allowing many players to jump into the popular format that had previously only been available in tabletop at community-run events. Premodern was created by Martin Berlin in 2012 and he curates the ban list with the help of feedback from the community.
The banning goes into effect immediately, though it won’t be implemented on Magic Online until Tuesday.
Berlin noted in the update that he does not plan to have scheduled ban list updates, but he will have yearly check-ins around the start of each year.
