Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has released their weekly update article for MTG Arena, highlighting the launch of March of the Machine, new events, and more.
March Of The Machine Comes To MTG Arena Tomorrow
The wait for digital Magic players is finally over as March of the Machine hits MTG Arena tomorrow after the client update. The usual options of Sealed, Draft, and Constructed events arrive with the update along with new store offerings. Full-art lands, Praetor card styles, and a sticker bundle will all be part of the new deals in the MTG Arena store.
Standard Metagame Challenge This Weekend
With a new set hitting Standard, it’s time for the next Standard Metagame Challenge. Put together your best deck for Best-Of-Three play and compete for the top prize of 5,000 gold and 30 packs of March of the Machine. The event runs from 8 AM PT on Friday through 8 AM PT on Monday.
Next Arena Open Set For April 29-30
The next Arena Open is going to feature March of the Machine Limited and is scheduled for April 29-30. The entry reward is an Atraxa avatar.
Day 1 will feature Sealed, with Best-Of-One and Best-Of-Three options, and Day 2 will include two Drafts. Reach max wins on Day 2 to earn $2,000. More details are available here.
