A longtime Magic: The Gathering collector and Minnesota real estate agent is looking to make quite the trade.
Michael Russo, a former owner of Uptown’s Steamship Games, is offering a historic downtown property in Fairfax, Minnesota (about 80 miles southwest of Minneapolis) for partial or full Magic collections.

Russo put up the offer for his five-bed, three bathroom building, which includes ground-level commercial space and a renovated residential loft, on Monday and has reportedly already found multiple interested parties. According to the property listing, the building is a commercial property that used to be the First National Bank in Fairfax (a small city of about 1,250 people).
For those lacking a sizable enough Magic collection, the 3,675 square-foot building is listed for $129,900.
