Legend Story Studios (LSS) slipped the first preview card from Flesh and Blood’s upcoming set, Outsiders, into a lore article, revealing the return of the Assassin class and the debut of a new keyword. Check out Razor’s Edge.
This zero-cost common Assassin attack reaction buffs an attack action card with stealth, but we don’t know what stealth does yet. Will it be an Assassin-only ability or will it appear on a variety of attack actions? We can only wait to see.
Outsiders is scheduled to be released on March 24, 2023. The ninth Flesh and Blood booster expansion explores the Pits, an underground world of caverns and canals that many unsavory characters call home. LSS said the set will welcome back fan-favorite heroes as well as introduce new ones. James White, the creator of the game, said the set delivers for limited play by “taking fans back to good old fashioned all-melee combat for the first time since Welcome to Rathe.”
