Commander Legends: Battle For Baldur’s Gate Cards Hit Magic Online Tomorrow

As part of an ongoing series of weekly changes, Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has announced the updates and changes for Week 8 of Streets of New Capenna on Magic Online.

Baldur’s Gate Cards Coming To Magic Online Tomorrow

More than 120 cards from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur’s Gate will be hitting Magic Online tomorrow, but they will only be available through opening treasure chests. Following tomorrow’s client update at 10 AM PT players will be able to relaunch Magic Online and starting finding the cards in Treasure Chests. The 122 cards are:

Gavin Verhey said that there are still some cards, mostly commons, that might be coming to Magic Online in future updates.

2022 Season 1 MOCS Showcase This Weekend

Eight players will battle it out Saturday for their share of $70,000 in the 2022 Season 1 MOCS Showcase. The eight players who reached the tournament through winning Showcase Opens and topping the MOCS leaderboard include:

They will play Vintage Cube and Modern to determine the 2022 Season 1 MOCS Showcase champion. The event will be streamed on Twitch at 10:00 AM PT on Saturday with Cedric Phillips, Carmen Handy, and Mani Davoudi providing commentary.
