Daily Digest: Enlightened Control

This is a spicy one. It’s part Jeskai Aggro, part Jeskai Control, and part Jeskai Combo.

The delve card drawers, Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise, have found their way into plenty of different Jeskai decks, but this deck tries to make them as unfair as possible. Narset, Enlightened Master allows you to cast any of them for free (if you’re lucky enough to hit them) and can even be given haste thanks to Hammer of Purphoros. Of course, Narset also plays well with Temporal Tresspass, so the delve action doesn’t stop there.

Tormenting Voice allows you to sift through cards, helping you find what you need while also being a cheap way to enable delve. Nyx-Fleece Ram and Seeker of the Way provide some lifegain against aggressive strategies, while Anger of the Gods and End Hostilities can reset the board if things get out of control.

Overall, this deck looks like a ton of fun.
