Pete Venters

Pete Venters is one of Magic’s most popular and prolific artists with more than 250 illustrations’ worth of old-school cool. Among his most iconic cards are Crosis, the Purger; Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker; Massacre; Survival of the Fittest; Tendrils of Agony; and Zur the Enchanter!

Noah Bradley

Noah Bradley debuted in Magic 2013, quickly becoming a fan favorite for his land and spell illustrations. Dan Frazier

One of the original 25 artists for Magic, Dan Frazier contributed more than three dozen illustrations to Limited Edition Alpha, the game’s first printing, and indelibly shaped the game’s early look. His work was reprinted early and often, and he describes his home as “the house that Magic built.” His notable cards include Berserk, Enlightened Tutor, Goblin Matron, Invigorate, Mox Diamond, Mox Emerald, Mox Jet, Mox Pearl, Mox Ruby, and Mox Sapphire.

Douglas Shuler

Douglas Shuler, a veteran illustrator with more than two decades of experience, is one of the original 25 illustrators for Magic, a contributor to Limited Edition Alpha and many later sets. Mark Tedin

One of the original 25 artists of Magic, Mark Tedin occupies an unshakable place in the game’s history. Competitive Modern and Legacy players will know his work on Emrakul, the Aeons Torn; Lava Spike; and the original Lorwyn printing of Ponder.

Anson Maddocks

One of the original 25 artists for Magic, Anson Maddocks has contributed more than 100 illustrations to the game, including fully 10% of the artworks for Limited Edition Alpha. His art for Hurloon Minotaur, used on early Magic packaging, introduced the game for many of its first fans. His other notable cards include Drop of Honey, Maze of Ith, Null Rod, and the iconic first versions of Llanowar Elves, and Sengir Vampire.

Darrell Riche

Drew Tucker

Artist and university professor John Stanko has many years of practical experience and an impressive portfolio to back up his academic credentials. Jason A. Engle

Jason A. Engle is an illustration veteran with almost twenty years of professional experience. Illustrator and concept artist Eric Deschamps started in Magic with Goblin S.W.A.T. Team in Unhinged, bringing serious skill to a humorous set. Since then he’s illustrated prominent Constructed cards and Commander favorites, including Celestial Colonnade; Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh; Dack Fayden; Elspeth, Sun’s Champion; Fatal Push; Gideon, Ally of Zendikar; Nahiri, the Lithomancer; Pia and Kiran Nalaar; Ral Zarek; Sorin, Grim Nemesis; and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage.

Anastasia Ovchinnikova

Canadian concept artist Anastasia Ovchinnikova has worked with a number of prominent companies over more than a decade of professional illustration work. Jung Park

Jung Park’s extensive career as a concept artist for films and games has yielded dozens of illustrations for Magic: The Gathering. Randy Gallegos

Victor Adame Minguez

Victor Adame Minguez has emerged as one of Mexico’s top fantasy artists, earning immediate recognition with his debut Magic illustration, Ghirapur Gearcrafter in Magic Origins. An avid Magic player, he is often found playing in side events when he’s not in his artist’s booth. His recent notable cards include Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast; Maelstrom Wanderer (Eternal Masters); and Momir Vig, Simic Visionary (From the Vault: Lore).
