Today, I’m here to inform you on how to get your fill of more Magic action in our special side events along with something almost as vital as more Magic cards – food!
Food Onsite
Given the size of the ExCel London, it should come as no surprise that you will have a wide range of dining options available.
Bollywood Brasserie – Looking for Indian cuisine while in London? Look no further than Bollywood Brasserie and their all-you-can-eat dinner buffet at only £19.95 per person! Bollywood Brasserie is a must-visit restaurant while you’re here, serving authentic Indian food via both buffet style and a la carte along with a fully-licensed bar.
Tapa Tapa – Located immediately outside the west entrance to ExCel London, Tapa Tapa is a great destination for groups of players looking for a social experience. Serving both modern and classic Spanish tapas (smaller-portioned meals meant to be shared), Tapa Tapa is perfect place to go to share in new experiences and foods with a group of friends after a long day of slinging spells.

Brooklyn Bowl – Traveled across the pond and looking for some good ole American grub? Look no further than Brooklyn Bowl! Located near the O2 Arena (about ten minutes away from ExCel), this restaurant, bar, and music venue is a slice of Americana, just waiting to be devoured! Between their Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken and their Bourbon Street Nutella Milkshake, Brooklyn Bowl is as all-American as you can get in London!
Canteen – Maybe you just want to experience some real British food? If so, check out Canteen. Located in Canary Wharf (about fifteen minutes away from ExCel), Canteen has modern takes on classic British dishes like fish and chips, meat pies, and smoked haddock. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in local customs and cuisine, take a tube to Canteen!

Last Chance Grand Prix Trials – On Demand!

An Important Note About Scheduled Side Events
In order to ensure that our scheduled events start on time, registration closes ten minutes before the event start time. If you want to participate in an event, make sure you are in line at least ten minutes early as we will not accept any late registrations. Our priority is to provide the best possible event experience, and step one in that is starting our events on time.
On-Demand Events!
Whether you want to draft all weekend long in our £10 drafts or turn your sweet Standard tech into booster boxes in our Eight-Player Constructed events, come to the Side Events stage for On-Demand events all weekend long! Formats include Standard, Modern, Legacy, and Magic Origins booster draft!
As always, StarCityGames.com is upping the ante as far as side events are concerned, with even more non-traditional side events. We are offering four-person Commander events, Modern Masters 2015 booster draft, Chaos Draft, and three-on-three Magic Origins team drafts all weekend long!
