Now for this matchup I don’t think either player sideboarded incorrectly or even played badly. One draw was simply better than the other in two of the three games, and I felt that Fader may have the edge in the matchup no matter what sideboarding or play strategies you attempt. Dimir House Guard is such a swiss-army knife that almost any plan against it will fail as Fader can almost always outlast and outdraw in the long game where other decks cannot.
