A lineup of Magic: The Gathering | The Hobbit™ products by Gamegenic appeared on social media Thursday, offering a look into the many sleeves, playmats, deckboxes, and more that will feature illustrations depicting J. R. R. Tolkien’s world.
A product listing from Southern Hobby Distribution mirrors the products revealed on Reddit and Facebook. The products include 15 deckboxes ranging from Squire 80 XLs, Squire Plus XLs, Soft Dynacrate 100 XL, Soft Crate 80, Sidekick PRO XLs, Bastion 80 XLs, and Bastion 100 XLs; 14 playmats with different sizes for table-sized, two-player, and single-player; 10 premium art sleeves; and seven zip-up albums with 18 and 25-pocket versions. One other item listed is “The Hobbit Treasure Trove — Villain’s Treasure 2” and sounds like it could be a new bundle for the set.
Gamegenic will release the lineup of accessories on August 14 and will show off the heroes, villains, landscapes, fights, and objects from The Hobbit. Images will be available on a later date, though fans are already speculating which images could grace the products in the Reddit thread.
