What is the Spotlight Series?
The Magic Spotlight Series is a collection of large-scale, open events that let anyone play high-level Magic with no pre-qualification required! These two-day events allow players the opportunity to compete for unique and awesome loot, including cash prizes, exclusive promo cards, and invitations to the Pro Tour. Each event also features tons of exciting attractions outside the main event, including vendors, side events, special guests, and more!
What Can I Win?
Each Magic Spotlight: Spider-Man event features a $50,000 prize pool with all participants receiving a non-foil Spectacular Spider-Man promo card with artwork by Julian Totino Tedesco. Additionally, the Top 128 players will receive traditional foil copies of this promo card. The Top 8 players in each main event will also receive invitations to Pro Tour Lorwyn Eclipsed, taking place in Richmond, Virgina, USA from January 30–February 1, 2026. Note: Pro Tour Lorwyn Eclipsed will not be held at a MagicCon. This will be a closed event for participants and won’t be open to the public.
