Wizards of the Coast (WotC) has partnered with Dark Horse Comics for a new line of graphic novels and comic books featuring IP from Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.
WotC and Dark Horse Comics have worked together before, dating back to the 1990s comic series Magic: The Gathering: Gerrard’s Quest. Their last collaboration came in July 2021 with a comic miniseries called Stranger Things and Dungeons & Dragons.
The new line of comics will launch in the summer of 2025 according to Dark Horse Comics. The comics and graphic novels will use original stories from the worlds of MTG and D&D. Art books and another unnamed project are also set to come out later.
Magic’s also previously created comics with BOOM! Studios in April of 2021.
