Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Power Up Commander Deck Revealed

The front-facing legendary creature, Kotori, Pilot Prodigy, was previewed last month, but now we get to see the legendary Vehicle alternate commander for the Power Up deck along with all the other new cards. Let’s start with Shorikai, Genesis Engine and the mono-colored legendary Moonfolk Artificer from the deck, Katsumasa, the Animator.

You read that correctly, we got a Legendary Artifact — Vehicle that is ready to take the wheel of your Commander deck. Shorikai is an 8/8 Vehicle with crew 8 that has an ability that lets you draw two cards and discard one, while making a token that can help crew it. Rev your engines because Shorikai is the perfect home (garage?) for all your vehicles and pilots in MTG. Katsumasa, on the other hand, can turn any of your noncreature artifacts into Vehicles.

Here are the other twelve other brand-new cards that are ready to play well with your Vehicle-themed decks but also can go into any artifact-centric Commander decks, as well.
